Developer, Network Space, says it has secured a 10-year deal with an e-commerce company for a 35,200 sq. ft. warehouse at Element, its new warehousing scheme at, Alchemy Business Park in Knowsley.
Element units offer warehouse space together with ancillary office, and amenities alongside generous, secure yards and complete with superfast fibre broadband. The scheme is situated directly off the East Lancs within minutes of the M57.
Network Space’s, Element is housed within the 1200-acre Knowsley Business Park, one of the biggest employment areas in the UK and home to approximately 1,000 businesses.
